Amy Coughenour

Amy Coughenour is an assistant professor and Reference Librarian at L.V. Johnson Library. She assists students, faculty, and staff in a variety of services, some of which include:

• guidance for research and reference questions
• bibliography and citation assistance
• bibliographic instruction for both on- and off-campus courses (i.e. research skills involving search strategies, source evaluation, and tips and tricks to retrieve more relevant search results).

She also develops, maintains, and updates the LibGuides research and reference guide system, updates databases in the GALILEO database aggregator, and coordinates the daily maintenance of the library's Knowledge Commons computer lab.
