Hoseon Lee

profileDr. Lee received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D from the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University.  

His industry work experience includes design of low noise amplifiers in transceiver chips at Samsung Electronics and dynamic impedance matching for antennas to meet 4G LTE specifications at Blackberry. Converted electroencephalograph signals from epileptic patients at Neuropace, a bioengineering company, to predict the onset of seizures. 

He has several years of teaching experience at Georgia Tech as a lecturer on record and at the Naval Academy in South Korea as a full-time lecturer.  

His research interests include wearable antennas and integration of nanomaterials with RF modules for wireless chemical and bio sensors.
