Welcome to my webpage. After several years as an adjunct instructor in the Master
of Science in Quality Assurance program I am pleased to join the full time faculty
as an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering Technology and Quality Assurance.
Before joining SPSU I worked in manufacturing, where I began as a Tool & Die Maker. As a Plant Trainer and Corporate Trainer, I became involved in training for quality assurance, Lean implementation, and other process improvement approaches. After leaving manufacturing, I created a Tool, Die & Mold Making program for a local community college.
I have served multiple years as an an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award. I also serve as an examiner, senior examiner, team leader and trainer for the Georgia Oglethorpe award process. I teach Lean Six Sigma workshops, and consult on process improvement and organizational performance.
